Checking out the mini bike for sale, seller says he can’t get it running, even tho other people have had it running. I’m guessing he doesn’t know what a choke is.

Ads like that are an immediate turnoff. Even if its an item I want, the thought of having to meet and talk to the person selling just ends it for me.
Also, I have to say there are way worse ways to spend $260
